About the Role
SAS is seeking a Software Manager for its Pune R&D Center and Customer Intelligence product line.
The role leads software development activities, technical direction, team allocation, stakeholder involvement, project standards, and planned delivery outcomes.
Essential Experience
- At least 12 years of software development experience and at least 2 years managing or leading software development teams.
- Experience architecting technically sophisticated systems and enforcing technical best practices.
- Strong experience with Agile software development.
- Understanding of manual and automation testing processes and architecture.
- Understanding of full-stack technology, enterprise design patterns, and data modeling best practices.
- Strong organization, prioritization, communication, multitasking, collaboration, and team motivation skills.
Useful Experience
- Application Fraud domain experience is preferred.
- Docker and Kubernetes experience is useful.
- Experience managing development on public cloud providers such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud is useful.
- Experience managing continuous integration and continuous delivery models is useful.
