- Develop and execute application strategies and service offerings aligned with business objectives
- Analyze business requirements and deliver innovative application solutions
- Lead the design, development, implementation, and continuous improvement of smart systems and applications
- Manage and develop the Applications team, ensuring required capabilities and technical expertise
- Conduct regular team meetings, monitor performance, and provide coaching and guidance
- Identify business growth opportunities and recommend technology enabled solutions
- Drive learning and professional development initiatives to strengthen team capabilities
- Recruit, motivate, develop, and retain high performing talent
- Translate business objectives into actionable application and technology strategies
- Promote best practices in application development, solution architecture, and delivery

- Consultancy experience in Yardi with one of the big 4
- 8 10 years of experience in related fields with exposure to multiple industries
- Expert in Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
- Proficient in quality models, processes, and best practices
- Competent in at least one software development technology stream
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Exceptional team building and people management skills
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field

Position Overview
- Lead the development, implementation, and continuous enhancement of smart application solutions that support business objectives across SEVEN and SCC.
- Drive innovation, oversee application delivery, build high performing teams, and ensure technology solutions deliver measurable business value.
Key Responsibilities

- Good awareness of market needs in the applications domain.
- Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills.

- Worked on implementation or operations of the following domains.
Benefits

- 5+ years of experience in enterprise application delivery, implementation, or operations across multiple industries.
- Consulting experience implementing or supporting Yardi solutions.
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and application delivery methodologies.
- Experience with application quality standards, governance processes, and industry best practices.
- Hands on experience with enterprise application platforms and at least one software development technology stack.
- Broad knowledge of enterprise applications and emerging technologies.
- Strong understanding of business requirements and application solution design.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proven leadership, team management, and people development capabilities.
- Experience implementing or supporting enterprise applications, preferably within real estate, asset management, or property management environments.
