Manager, Shared Services — Cloud Engineering - FedRAMP

8+ years in Cloud Engineering, DevOps, or Infrastructure Engineering, with at least 3 years managing engineers directly.

Hands-on background with Azure and/or AWS — Kubernetes, microservices, and cloud security fundamentals (PIM, RBAC, and JIT privilege elevation among others).

Experience implementing and running critical production level SaaS products with high availability requirements with a focus on some combination of Elasticsearch, RabbitMQ, and Redis among others.

Experience in or adjacent to FedRAMP -authorized environments.

Comfortable explaining technical trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience with Azure DevOps.

Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders

Familiarity with advanced RabbitMQ configurations: clustering, federation, and message persistence.

Experience with CI/CD tooling (e.g., Azure DevOps) and infrastructure module deployment workflows.

Background in cloud cost management: rightsizing and managing capacity

Exposure to SOC 2, FedRamp, or PCI compliance controls
