The Manager, Security Operations Centre leads the Australia-based SOC team within Group Cyber Security Operations.

Key responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop SOC analysts while creating a high-performing, inclusive, and engaged culture.
- Manage workforce capacity, operational readiness, and service delivery for 24/7 security monitoring and incident response.
- Act as a senior escalation point for complex investigations and major security incidents.
