The purpose of this role is to partner with a Relationship Manager to support a portfolio of Diversified customers in all aspects of customer service, compliance, processes, system and governance.

What will your day look like?

As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for:

Maintaining a well‐managed portfolio compliant with all relevant policies and procedures.

Maintaining control of workflows across all compliance and customer fulfilment process

Acting in the best interest of the customer and applying a customer‐centric approach

Proactively developing and maintaining a detailed understanding of customer business and financial needs

Providing appropriate solutions towards account maintenance and simple customer requests

Supporting the management of a portfolio of Diversified Industries customers

Collaborating with Product Partners and other stakeholders to fulfil customer needs

Engaging diversified teams when required

What will you bring?

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

Data analysis: Collecting, profiling and analysing data to translate into meaningful insights to inform business decisions and deliver customer solutions.

Customer solutioning: Supporting customers by understanding their needs and informing them about relevant products or services, and/ or providing considered options, that meet those needs.

Credit Analysis: The ability to assess a customer's ability to fulfill their credit obligations, considering both qualitative and quantitative factors such as character, capital, capacity to repay, collateral (security) and conditions (the 5Cs of credit).

Fulfilment: The end‐to‐end execution of a process, or part thereof, to achieve a customer or end user outcome.

Relationship management: Building, maintaining and influencing relationships to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.

Ability to support credit approval activities with competency in credit assessment and management.

Stakeholder management: the systematic identification and analysis of stakeholders and their needs, including understanding their contribution to an initiative, willingness to engage, influence and necessity of involvement.
