Manager, Sales Operations

• Support compliance with key internal controls related to the sales operations process and owned systems.
• Continuously evaluate internal controls in light of changing systems and processes, and work with leadership to identify and implement necessary control changes.
• Ensure team adherence to GLG's compliance framework and ethical standards in all client and internal interactions.
• Process Improvement
• Identify and drive improvement opportunities across the sales operations workflow, with a focus on simplification, standardization, and optimization — especially reducing manual, Excel-based activities.
• Lead and support change management initiatives in collaboration with CRM and other key stakeholders related to system transitions.
• Champion the adoption of best practices in Salesforce usage and data hygiene across the team.
• Assist in the implementation of ongoing process improvement initiatives and represent Sales Operations in cross-functional projects.

• Prepare and deliver regular operational reports and dashboards in Sales Force to track and manage day to day performance of the sales operations team.
• Support data integrity reviews and provide operational insights that inform business decisions.

• Collaborate with inter- and intra-departmental teams where required and appropriate.
• Strengthen and maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, including Business Development and Finance partners.
• Prepare reports and analyses and participate in other projects as needed.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, or a related field; 6+ years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years in a people management or team lead capacity.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and develop a team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Strong experience with Salesforce CRM, including contract management, account management, and opportunity tracking; Salesforce Administrator certification is a plus.
• Experience working in a global organization or global capability center preferred.
• Must be highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Customer-service oriented with excellent communication skills and the ability to build effective cross-functional working relationships.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the broader Microsoft Office suite.
• Knowledge of billing and invoicing workflows, and experience partnering with Finance or Accounting teams, is strongly preferred.
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving ability.
• Ability to work under pressure and within tight deadlines.
