Role overview
Own Mars Canada cross-segment DaaS and data lake assets, develop enhancements, troubleshoot solutions, and manage the central analytics repository.
Lead the Mars Canada Snacking analytical roadmap and technical management of reporting systems, including Power BI, TPM, Kinaxis, and cloud-based solutions.
Work with Segment Technical Program Management leads so teams can effectively use existing tools.
Work arrangement
- The role is based in Bolton with regular in-office collaboration expected and flexibility that includes remote work.
Required qualifications
- University or college degree.
- 3 to 5 years of business intelligence and/or digital technology experience.
- Experience with GCP, AWS, or Azure cloud platforms and with big data architectures and data modeling.
- Experience with ELT and ETL processing using Spark or PySpark.
- Experience with analytics and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Plotly, or Databricks.
- Programming experience with SAS, R, Python, MATLAB, Java, or similar languages.
- Proficiency in SQL query design, Oracle, MS SQL, MySQL, and familiarity with OLAP cubes, tabular models, DAX, or MDX.
