General Scope of Work

Qualification

• Education: BE/ BTech/ other Bachelor's degree
• Experience: Account Manager with 6 - 8 years’ experience in India. Candidates with good working relationships with key global and national customers, working experience in field of IT networking, Automation, Security & Fire, Audio / Video integration, Telecommunication will be preferred. Knowledge and understanding of commercial contracts, taxation is important. This position is based out of Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities

• Own & develop a portfolio of strategic customers across Bangalore and south India.
• Build strong relationships with CXO, facility, engineering, procurement, projects and security stakeholders.
• Establish long-term partnerships with major corporates, developers, data centres, IT/ITES, manufacturing, pharma, healthcare hospitality customers.
• Generate new business through consultative and solution-based selling.
• Develop project opportunities from concept/ design stage through order closure.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and ensure accurate forecasting.
• Drive specification and ensure the company’s solutions are considered in upcoming projects.
• Lead negotiations for strategic opportunities and large projects.
• Participate in customer presentations, technical discussions and commercial negotiations.
• Coordinate with presales, engineering, operations and service teams to develop appropriate solutions.
• Ensure smooth transition from sales to project execution.
• Manage customer escalations and ensure strong customer experience.
• Develop market intelligence on competitors, pricing, technology and emerging opportunities.
• Identify new sectors and account for business expansion.
• Maintain CRM discipline and accurate sales forecasting.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical sales practices.
• Work closely with Finance and operations on collections, receivables and project closure.

Skill sets

• Strong experience in Key account management and project solution sales.
• Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong network among consultants, EPCs, developers and enterprise customers.
• The ideal candidate should be a strong Hunter farmer capable of opening new strategic accounts while deepening relationships with existing customers.
