General Summary The Risk Manager is responsible for overseeing risk management across the project development lifecycle from inception through design, construction and to handover of deliverables.

The individual ensures that potential risks are identified, evaluated, mitigated, and controlled to support the successful delivery of the project/s.

This role involves close collaboration with project teams, stakeholders, and senior management to establish robust risk management strategies in complex and large-scale development projects.

Establish the Qiddiya Program risk management framework, procedures, templates and processes, and seek continuous improvement 2.

Provide the leadership to guide the Qiddiya Program and Portfolios in implementing the risk management plan 3.

Implement the Program and Project(s) risk management plan and produce Portfolio and Project Risk Register(s) 4.

Create Program Risk Register and Program Risk Dashboard and other reports as may be specified, or ad hoc reports as required.

Ensure that the appropriate risk data is captured and that risk assessments are carried out on all aspects of the Qiddiya Program and Projects 6.

Ensure that risk treatments are identified, and effective monitoring and review processes are undertaken across the Qiddiya Program and Projects 7.

Implement the necessary training and provide support to the Qiddiya Program and Project team(s) 8.

Identify changes to the risk profile, personnel, the work, or the work environment that may change the effectiveness of risk treatments 9.

Inform insurers of significant changes to the risk profile as required by any Policy of Insurance or other agreement 10.

Monitor compliance against best practice standards and codes across the Qiddiya Program, including auditing the risk management plans, procedures and processes of the Executive Portfolios and assessing Risk Maturity in each area 11.

Manage the assessment of the potential impacts of identified risks 12.

Review and approve Quantitative Risk modelling, including the Quantitative Schedule Risk Analysis (QSRA) and Quantitative Cost Risk Analysis (QCRA) reports.

Chair monthly risk review meetings 14.

Initiate & facilitate risk workshops with project teams to collect and record potential risks and risk drivers.

Conduct comprehensive risk assessments during the project development lifecycle from inception through design, construction and to handover of deliverables.

Collaborate with project teams to integrate risk controls into project plans, schedules, and budgets.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in risk management, construction management, Business Studies or other relevant field.

Years of Experience: 8-10 years’ experience in risk management including at least 5 years in mega project construction/ development.
