Role overview
The role sits in Vocalink's Enterprise Risk Management Team within the second-line Risk Management Function.
The appointee owns rigor, consistency and efficiency in Risk MI, dashboards and related data management governance.
The role delivers reporting and analysis for management, committees, boards, risk owners and external stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Design governance, methodologies, processes and procedures for Risk MI and dashboards.
- Produce enterprise and committee-level risk MI and dashboards.
- Develop automated Power BI or equivalent risk dashboards and improve reporting continuously.
- Deliver ad hoc risk analysis and policy and standards compliance metrics.
- Maintain metric dictionaries, key data elements and data lineage mapping.
Skills and experience
- Experience developing and producing risk MI and dashboards with data analytics experience.
- Proficiency with Power BI or equivalent reporting and dashboard tooling.
- Experience developing leading and lagging outcome metrics.
- Ability to synthesise data into meaningful management insights.
- Effective communication, decision-making, problem-solving and judgement skills.
Desired experience
- Knowledge and understanding of risk management.
- Experience working with data lakes.
- Experience in critical national infrastructure organisations.
- Experience with non-UK regulatory bodies.
Corporate security responsibility
- Employees must follow Mastercard security policies and practices and protect the confidentiality and integrity of accessed information.
- Employees must report suspected information security violations or breaches and complete mandatory security training.
