Responsibilities
- Develop and manage CredTech’s reporting, analytics and management reporting capability to support data driven decision making, business performance management and profitable growth.
- Provide actionable insights across product, business growth, financial performance, lending portfolio performance, customer behaviour, collections, repayments, outstanding balances, market performance and strategic initiatives.
- Build structured reporting infrastructure, automated dashboards, leadership packs and management reports.
- Support financial management reporting, including EOM reporting, P&L analysis, budget tracking, forecast inputs, variance analysis, business case development, profitability insights, unit economics and executive decision support.
- Work closely with Product, Business Growth, Finance, Technology, Risk, Commercial, BI, OpCos / FinCos and strategic partners.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 year tertiary degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, Information Systems, Accounting or related field
- Minimum 5–7 years’ experience in reporting, analytics, business intelligence, management reporting, financial analysis, fintech, financial services, consulting, strategy or data analytics
- Experience in management reporting, P&L analysis, budget tracking, forecasting, variance analysis, business case development or financial performance reporting
- Experience with BI and visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, SAS or similar

- The role is responsible for developing and managing CredTech’s reporting, analytics and management reporting capability.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage CredTech’s reporting, analytics and management reporting capability.
- Provide actionable insights across product, business growth, financial performance, lending portfolio performance, customer behaviour, collections, repayments, outstanding balances, market performance and strategic initiatives.
- Build structured reporting infrastructure, automated dashboards, leadership packs and management reports.
- Support financial management reporting, with a focus on internal business performance reporting.
- Work closely with Product, Business Growth, Finance, Technology, Risk, Commercial, BI, OpCos / FinCos and strategic partners.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 year tertiary degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, Information Systems, Accounting or related field.
- Minimum 5–7 years’ experience in reporting, analytics, business intelligence, management reporting, financial analysis, fintech, financial services, consulting, strategy or data analytics.
- Experience in management reporting, P&L analysis, budget tracking, forecasting, variance analysis, business case development or financial performance reporting.
- Experience with BI and visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, SAS or similar.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA, Master’s degree or Postgraduate qualification in Finance, Analytics, Data Science, Business Intelligence or related field.
- Certification in Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, financial modelling, business analytics, FP&A or project management.
- Experience in fintech, banking, digital lending, credit products, mobile money, financial services or digital platforms.
- Experience working across emerging markets, multi country teams or Pan African environments.
