Role Overview
Report to the Senior Manager, Portfolio Management within the NBS PMO.
Lead planning, coordination, and execution of complex, high-impact initiatives aligned with enterprise priorities.
Partner with business, IT, HR, Finance, and external vendors to deliver measurable business value.
Project Delivery
- Deliver cross-functional business and IT initiatives from initiation through benefits realization.
- Own scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk, adoption, and transition-to-operations outcomes.
- Define delivery plans, manage dependencies and change control, and oversee budgets and forecasts.
- Manage vendors and contractors and ensure delivery performance.
Governance and Change
- Manage RAID items and ensure requirements validation, testing, and stage-gate readiness.
