Key responsibilities include
- Leading end-to-end product development initiatives from concept, design and testing through to implementation and operationalisation
- Driving innovative customer solutions that support the Qantas transformation strategy
- Managing complex stakeholder relationships across internal business units, suppliers and design consultants
- Overseeing passenger product categories
- Monitoring project budgets, risks, issues, governance and delivery milestones
- Partnering with communications teams to support product and service launches
- Contributing to supplier selection processes, performance monitoring and commercial assessments
- Influencing stakeholders to deliver customer and operational improvements across the end-to-end journey
To be successful in this role, you will bring
Ideally 5 years' experience within the airline industry
Demonstrated experience leading complex product development, transformation or customer experience initiatives
Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills
Strong project management capability with experience managing multiple priorities simultaneously
Excellent workshop facilitation, communication and presentation skills
Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
Ability to work cross-functionally and drive outcomes in a complex environment
Tertiary qualifications in Business, Design or a related discipline are preferred but not essential
