Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, or related discipline
- 5 years of experience in investment management, asset management or financial services
- Proficiency in AI tools as well as Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills

The Role

- As Manager, Private Asset Operations & Analytics, you will join a high performing team responsible for overseeing the operational infrastructure, governance, reporting, and administration of IG Wealth Management’s growing private markets platform.
- Working closely with senior leaders across Investments, Corporate Tax, Operations, Finance, Compliance, Legal, and external investment partners, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful management and expansion of our private asset capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and enhance private asset pacing models, cash flow forecasting tools, investment databases, and portfolio monitoring processes.
- Lead the preparation and delivery of reporting, analytics, and presentations for senior management.
- Analyze contributions, distributions, valuations, and investment performance metrics.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, or related discipline.
- 5 years of experience in investment management, asset management or financial services.
- Proficiency in AI tools as well as Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with private equity, private credit, infrastructure, or alternative investments.
- CFA, CAIA, CPA or progress toward designation.
- Experience applying AI, Power BI, Python, or other automation tools to improve investment reporting, data quality, dashboarding, or operational processes.
