Responsibilities
- Lead and manage powerplant maintenance operations for assigned engine platforms
- Oversee maintenance planning, troubleshooting, repair, overhaul, and testing activities
- Manage teams of engineers, supervisors, and technicians
- Ensure compliance with aviation regulations, quality standards, and safety requirements
- Monitor engine performance, reliability metrics, and maintenance KPIs
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, OEMs, suppliers, and support functions
- Manage resource planning, workforce utilization, and maintenance scheduling
- Support budget management and operational performance objectives
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related technical discipline
- Proven experience in Aviation MRO, Airline Engineering, or Powerplant Operations
- Strong experience with APU Systems, CFM LEAP Engines, or GE GEnx Engines
- Previous leadership experience managing maintenance teams or engine shop operations
- Strong understanding of aviation safety and regulatory compliance
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage powerplant maintenance operations for assigned engine platforms
- Oversee maintenance planning, troubleshooting, repair, overhaul, and testing
