Role Overview
Leads project governance, portfolio visibility, and delivery excellence across Arc'teryx's Idea-to-Consumer ecosystem.
Partners with the Senior Director, Process Operations - PMO, and cross-functional teams to establish scalable project management and governance practices.
The Process Operations team supports alignment across Product Creation, Supply Chain, Product Data, and Regional Go-to-Market functions.
PMO Operations and Governance
- Lead complex cross-functional projects and proactively manage milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and risks.
- Support PMO governance frameworks, project standards, intake processes, and delivery methodologies.
- Prepare governance forums, project reviews, portfolio updates, decision materials, and executive communications.
- Facilitate project meetings, steering committees, and working sessions with clear ownership and follow-through.
Process Infrastructure
- Develop and improve project templates, playbooks, RACI models, project plans, risk registers, and documentation standards.
- Document current and future-state business processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and alignment.
