Role Overview
Support inventory accuracy, integrity, and governance across North American retail and warehouse operations.
Work with the Manager, Inventory Control to ensure inventory transactions are accurately recorded in SAP and support reconciliations, investigations, and reporting.
Serve as a link between Finance, Retail and Warehouse Operations, and Technology to strengthen controls and audit readiness.
Retail Variance Management
- Investigate retail inventory variances across SAP and retail systems, identify root causes, and support resolution activities.
- Review inventory movement history and transaction activity to validate accuracy and recommend corrective actions.
- Prepare variance analyses and reporting to support inventory governance and decision-making.
Stock Counts and Relocations
- Support planning, execution, and reconciliation of physical inventory counts across retail stores.
- Coordinate with third-party count vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure count quality and timely completion.
- Support inventory counts for store decommissions, relocations, renovations, and new store openings.
