Ltd.) Designation: Deputy Manager / Manager – PLC Programmer Location: Ahmednagar Qualification: Diploma / BE (Electrical/ Electronics)

5 years to 10 years Key Deliverables / Key Responsibilities/Deliverables (Min 4 need to be filled in decreasing order of importance) Maintenance Planning & Execution. Develop and implement an effective Maintenance Planning and Scheduling System. Ensure efficient execution of Preventive Maintenance (PM), Breakdown Maintenance, Condition-Based Maintenance (CBM), and Time-Based Maintenance (TBM). Monitor, track, and improve MTTR (Mean Time to Repair) and MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures). Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions. Manage spare parts inventory and ensure optimum stock levels. Maintain and update all TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) documentation and records. Hands-on experience with Siemens PLC programming, troubleshooting, and fault diagnosis. Hands-on experience with Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) and Servo Systems. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and maintenance standards. Willingness to work in rotating shifts. What's in it for me?
