Ltd.) Designation: Manager – Manufacturing Engineering Location: Vadodara Qualification: Diploma / B.E/ B.Tech (Plastic processing/moulding)

Experience

5 years to 10 years Key Deliverables / Key Responsibilities/Deliverables (Min 4 need to be filled in decreasing order of importance) Set a stable, manufacturable injection moulding process for plastic components to ensure there is zero loss in the whole supply chain Define process parameters, establish process capability (Cp/Cpk) for CTQs, adhere to change management process timeline (TCN/PCN) Collaborate with procurement team/ suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery of parts. Implement and maintain robust documentation for process & tool life monitoring. Coordinate mould trials (T0, T1, T2…) Drive preventive/corrective measures for mould-related defects (flow marks, sinks, warpage, flash), through improvement projects & kaizen Functional Competencies Working knowledge in SAP, Quality Tools: Minitab, 8D, FMEA, Control Plans Measurement & inspection: profile projector, hardness measurement etc. Standards: ISO 9000/IMS, DWM What's in it for me?
