Manager, Physical Security

Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Articulate security risks and advise cross-functional partners and regional or country leadership.
• Maintain a proactive, strategic security approach aligned with business needs.
• Assess location risk and support the selection and design of new facilities through a baseline physical security approach.
• Roll out global Enterprise Security programs in India, including budget management, vendor management, and quality control.
• Manage access control security, coverage requirements, training, and post orders where applicable.
• Deliver frictionless security solutions with the Security Technology team.
• Lead or support country-specific crisis management, incident response, communications, and investigations.
• Support publicity and marketing communications events with the Content Risk Management team.
• Use geopolitical intelligence to protect workspaces and employees and increase business resilience.
• Develop security education programs and maintain external partnerships with authorities, vendors, and community organizations.

Qualifications and Experience

• At least 10 to 15 years of progressively increasing responsibility and complexity at a multinational company.
• Relevant degree or professional qualification in security or a related field.
• Experience managing impactful incidents at country and regional levels with senior stakeholders and decision makers.
• Experience managing guarding contracts, optimizing deployments, and delivering risk-based efficiencies.
• Experience leading high-profile event security in different markets or countries.
• Experience building, managing, mentoring, and inspiring teams and using data to drive business impact.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluent or business-proficient English.
• Willingness to travel regionally for business objectives.
