Synopsis

  • Play a key role in advancing Etihad Airways' Performance Marketing capabilities by driving the strategy, delivery, and optimization of marketing technology, data, and digital acquisition solutions.
  • Enable measurable growth through customer acquisition, conversion optimization, campaign automation, and performance analytics.

Accountabilities

  • Define and manage the Performance Marketing technology roadmap in partnership with Product Owners and Delivery Leads.
  • Translate business objectives into product requirements, user stories, and scalable technology solutions.
  • Drive market research, competitor benchmarking, and performance insights to identify growth opportunities.
  • Champion MarTech and AdTech solutions that enhance acquisition, targeting, personalization, automation, and measurement.
  • Lead the design and delivery of cross functional performance marketing initiatives across paid and owned channels.
  • Identify capability, data, and technology gaps, recommending solutions to improve marketing effectiveness and ROI.
  • Optimize marketing processes and workflows to improve campaign execution, measurement, and reporting.
  • Manage and prioritize product backlogs, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Act as the voice of the customer and key business stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Define and track key metrics including ROAS, CPA, CAC, conversion rate, and attribution performance.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and support ongoing product delivery and optimization.

Qualifications

  • University degree in Marketing, Business, Technology, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years' experience in Performance Marketing, Growth Marketing, or Digital Acquisition.
  • Strong understanding of paid media, web analytics, attribution, marketing automation, and customer data platforms.
  • Aviation or travel industry experience preferred but not essential.
  • Agile certification preferred but not essential.
