This role is critical to strengthening the connection between Modern Niagara’s field workforce, leadership teams, and union partners. By providing trusted P&C guidance, labour relations expertise, and consistent field support, this role helps create an employee experience that enables strong performance, compliance, and a culture where people can do their best work.
Builds strong, proactive partnerships with field leaders and union representatives to resolve issues, support workforce needs, and enable effective project delivery.
Strengthens labour relations, compliance, and consistency through expert guidance on collective agreements, policies, investigations, and employment legislation.
