- What you'll bring
- 3+ years personally running B2B outbound demand generation — you built it, you didn't just brief an agency.
- A first-hand pipeline number you can name (reply → meeting → qualified).
- Prospecting-data + AI tool fluency (Apollo / Lusha / Sales Navigator / similar); CRM discipline.
- Industrial / long-cycle B2B exposure preferred; ambition to build and lead a team.
