Role Overview
The Manager, NFR Data & Insights is responsible for the end-to-end development of insights that support effective non-financial risk (NFR) management and decision-making across the enterprise.
Reporting to the Senior Manager NFR Data and Insights, this role translates business and risk questions into clear, decision-ready insights, dashboards and analytical products. It works across business, systems, data and technology teams to ensure outputs are practical, governed and aligned to how decisions are made.
The role combines strong analytical capability, product thinking and stakeholder partnership to uplift insight and analytics maturity acoross the broader NFR ecosystem. It ensures every insight product, from initial question through to final output, is built on sound logic, governed data and consistent definitions, and is designed to inform decisions and drive meaningful action that improves risk and customer outcomes.
This role involves hands-on delivery, stakeholder partnership and people leadership, while working across NFR Data, Insights and Systems disciplines to meet shifting portfolio demands and priority outcomes.

What will your day look like?
Lead end-to-end insight development
Translate business needs into meaningful insight products
Deliver dashboards that inform decisions and drive action
Ensure strong data logic, definitions and integrity
Strengthen data quality through feedback and system alignment
Deliver advanced analytics that drive risk outcomes
Apply predictive, diagnostic and exploratory analytics to identify trends, emerging risks and actionable insights in NFR data
Apply advanced techniques (e.g. anomaly detection, classification, forecasting, text analytics) to surface previously unseen signals
Partner across business, risk, data and technology
Deliver against prioritised demand
What will you bring?
Strong experience translating business needs into insights and dashboards
Solid understanding of operational risk management and regulatory environment
Proven ability to create and simplify data structures, logic and metrics aligned to frameworks to enable business decisions and actions
Experience building dashboards (e.g. Tableau) and applying effective visualisation practices
Ability to exercise sound judgement, influence stakeholders and lead outcomes with incomplete information.
Experience in connecting platforms, data, reporting, governance and operational processes across the enterprise environment to drive outcomes
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including engagement with senior stakeholders.
Track record in building breadth of capability alongside core expertise with a focus on capability uplift, consistency and outcomes
Demonstrable experience in solving complex problems, making sound decisions with incomplete information
