Manager-Network Expansion

· Identify the right cities, markets and formats for beYon retail expansion based on strong market, competitor understanding and on other relevant factors

· Build a robust market evaluation model to filter markets based on their potential and to arrive at a list of locations that beYon can venture into

· Define and adhere to a Go-to-Market (GTM) process involving all key stake holders in the respective regions and at corporate

· Ensure the right properties at the right rentals are identified by working closely with the business development team

· Coordinate, evaluate and implement new business formats like shop-in-shop in large format stores and in other relevant retail stores

· Work on ROIs and put together business proposals for new locations for internal signoffs

· Ensure the workflow timelines are as per the set TATs from design phase to the project execution phase with working closely with the central design and the regional projects team

· Facilitate all internal approvals to ensure work progresses smoothly as a well-oiled machine

· Ensure store operations readiness in terms of people, training, merchandise and VM

· The candidate should have prior experience in Retail and Retail Expansion operations for at least 8 to 10 years.

· Should have experience in managing Franchisees

· Should have the right attitude and be able to navigate and build seamless working relationships with other teams as this role needs collaboration with other teams and stakeholders.

· Should be able to think on his / her own and drive initiatives and tasks with minimum or no supervision.

Should be a great self-starter.

· Should be a good multitasker with a strong analytical mind and ability to bring in new thoughts

· Ready to travel extensively
