The Manager Network Change Projects leads the implementation of policy changes across the transport network, including discounted public transport initiatives and the ban on converted e-bikes. The role manages project scope, budgets, schedules, resources and risks to ensure successful delivery within a small, flexible team.

Key responsibilities include leading project forums and working groups, coordinating internal and external stakeholders, monitoring delivery and governance, and providing clear reporting, analysis and advice to senior leaders. The role requires strong project management, stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex information into practical actions and identify emerging risks and opportunities.
