Job Responsibilities

Project Execution: Lead and manage all phases of MEP projects from initiation to closeout, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Team Leadership: Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to a team of MEP professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment. Identify skill gaps and implement targeted training programs to enhance team capabilities.

Safety Champion: Develop and implement robust safety protocols and procedures to maintain a zero-accident work environment. Champion a culture of safety consciousness across all project activities.

Quality Control: Implement stringent quality control measures throughout the project lifecycle to ensure deliverables meet the highest industry standards and client expectations.

Vendor Management: Negotiate and manage contracts with external vendors, leveraging your expertise to secure competitive pricing and high-quality services.

Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities to enhance project planning accuracy, optimize resource allocation, and drive overall operational efficiency.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering, or a related field.

Proven track record of successfully managing complex MEP projects within the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) industry.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire high-performing teams.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.

Deep understanding of industry best practices, safety regulations, and quality control standards.

Proven ability to negotiate favorable contracts and manage vendor relationships effectively.

A proactive and results-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
