- Qualification : BE/Diploma Civil Engineer with 8-10 years’ experience with material management preferrable Manage procurement of high-value, Consumables, Bought out and finishing items for construction projects. Handle sourcing, evaluation, negotiation, and finalization of vendors for: PEB structures and Structural Fabrication Tiles, Marbles, and other finishing materials Fire Doors and Fire Shutters Thermal / Acoustic Insulations MEP materials and systems Prepare and issue RFQs , analyze techno-commercial bids, and prepare comparative statements. Coordinate with design, planning, and site teams to understand technical specifications and delivery requirements. Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project budgets. Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, payment terms, warranties, and contracts with suppliers. Finalize purchase orders and agreements in line with company procurement policies. Monitor supplier performance, delivery schedules, and resolve supply-related issues. Maintain approved vendor lists and develop new reliable suppliers. Ensure timely procurement to meet project schedules and minimize cost overruns. Support contract administration, variation evaluation, and claim-related procurement inputs. Maintain accurate procurement records, documentation, and MIS reports.
