Manager, Marketing Governance

Our International Card Services (ICS) team brings together our International Consumer and Small & Medium Enterprises (SME) issuing activities, as well as our Commercial Large Market sales and account development teams outside of the United States, under a single organisation to accelerate our growth.

This role is key to ensuring that ICS communications are following all regulatory and compliance policies and processes, and that customer communications regarding changes are delivered in an efficient, comprehensive and timely manner.

Reporting to the Director, Growth Customer Marketing, this position will suit someone who understands data-driven decision making, customer communication processes, and has a strong track record in successful project and stakeholder management.
