Job Purpose
- Provide reactive and proactive multi-skilled maintenance services for operational equipment and facilities infrastructure.
- Create planned maintenance schedules, oversee timely completion, improve operational effectiveness, and reduce downtime.
- Manage the maintenance team, drive key performance indicators, and implement improvement plans.
Main Accountabilities
- Delegate maintenance issues and small projects to the appropriate skills across each shift.
- Manage machine availability and respond to dysfunctional machinery with shift management.
