About the Role

Responsibilities
- Develops and implements logistics policies and procedures in coordination with the Procurement and Materials Management Departments
- Plans and manages shipping requirements
- Reviews inventory reports and monitors stock levels to ensure an adequate supply of materials
- Maintains stock control systems and coordinates with other departments to plan future capacity requirements
- Plans and manages project mobilization and demobilization activities in a timely and cost effective manner
- Recommends technological enhancements and promotes effective use of computerized inventory tracking systems
- Reviews delivery terms for all Purchase Orders and agreements and coordinates with the Materials Department
- Monitors orders against predetermined requirements and advises project sites of any variances
- Coordinates with Project Managers and Material Engineers regarding material requirements and supply schedules
- Manages and evaluates the performance of all team members under their supervision
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor in Engineering
- Fluent in English and preferably Arabic language
- Team man and team building capabilities
- Good Client Relations Skills
- Good Communication Skills
- Good Organizational Skills
- Good Knowledge of ESEC Procurement procedures
- Proficient in data gathering and assessments
- Proficient in data management and record keeping

Qualifications
