El Seif Engineering is seeking a Jr. Consultant - SCM to collect and document finance business requirements, oversee Oracle module implementation, and liaise between SCM and external implementers.

Responsibilities
- Collect and document Finance Business requirements
- Oversee and implement the required Oracle Module to meet business requirements
- Liaise between SCM and the External Oracle implementer
- Analyze business requirements, create SCM initiatives list and set priorities
- Prepare solution design documents
- Configure and support Oracle Fusion SCM modules
- Prepare data templates and upload master data for new setup
- Prepare testing scenarios, write test scripts, user guides and conduct user training
- Troubleshoot Oracle SCM applications and open SRs
- Work with Technical Team to correct issues in extended application
- Prepare business requirements for reports and dashboards and validate outcomes
- Provide suggestions to customize Oracle applications for optimal performance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, MIS or related field
- 7 years of experience in Oracle and 3 years in Oracle Fusion SaaS applications
- Proficient in spoken and written Arabic and English
- Minimum 2 years of Client Relationship and Technology Industry Delivery Experience
- Minimum 2 years of Hands on Delivery of Oracle SCM Solutions
- Minimum 2 years of Oracle Cloud Data solution delivery
- Minimum 1 year of Business Process/Requirement Gathering, Blueprint and Pre sales

Responsibilities
- Collect and document Finance Business requirements.
- Oversee and implement the required Oracle Module to meet business requirements.
- Liaise between SCM and the External Oracle implementer.
- Support the development of KSA national employees.
- Provide inputs to Human Resources on succession planning and organizational structure.
- Manage team affairs with highest standards of respect, integrity, accountability, agility, quality, safety and corporate governance.
- Ensure compliance with Code of Ethics policy and company values.
- Manage adoption and utilization of systems and ERP in the function.
- Support Team Lead in analyzing business requirements, create SCM initiatives list and set priorities.
- Collect and analyze business requirements for SCM initiatives and map them with SCM modules.
- Prepare solution design document.
- Provide support to business users related to Oracle Fusion SCM business cycles.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, MIS or related field.
- 7 years of experience in Oracle and 3 years in Oracle Fusion SaaS applications.
- Proficient in spoken and written Arabic and English.
