Manager - Legal Operations – Technology Manager

Data and reporting

• Act as a subject matter expert for data generated and managed by the Legal department.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations on technology usage and key data.
• Use tools such as Power BI and Tableau to build dashboards and analyze issues and opportunities.

Governance and risk

• Champion technology governance and risk management and maintain Legal AI Usage Guidance.
• Document risks, controls, issues, and events relating to technology use.
• Support oversight group actions, control testing, and audit responses.

Experience and technical qualifications

• At least 7 years of legal operations and legal technology experience, including onboarding new technology, is required.
• A university degree or equivalent is required.
• Technology and AI literacy, including LLMs, no-code or low-code development, and agent building, is required.
• Knowledge of data privacy, data governance, GDPR-related requirements, and information security in regulated financial services is required.
• Experience with data analysis, reporting, Power BI, Tableau, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and workflow or task management platforms is required.

Personal qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal English communication, interpersonal, collaboration, problem-solving, decision-making, and prioritization skills are required.
• The role requires a proactive, organized, pragmatic, commercially minded, results-driven, and detail-oriented approach.
• International outlook and cross-cultural working experience are required.
