- Develop and implement a resiliency aligned performance and data governance framework covering system availability, recoverability, incident trends, and risk indicators
- Define and manage KPIs and KRIs related to service continuity, RTO/RPO adherence, system stability, and dependency risks
- Oversee centralized collection, validation, and consolidation of IT performance and resiliency data across all technology verticals
- Analyze data and translate into actionable insights for senior leadership, highlighting risks, vulnerabilities, and improvement areas
- Lead monthly executive reporting on IT performance and resilience posture, including incidents, trends, and remediation progress
- Coordinate audit, regulatory, and governance reporting related to IT controls and technology resilience
- Facilitate performance and resiliency review meetings with IT leadership to ensure accountability and data accuracy
- Identify systemic issues and recurring weaknesses, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 7 10 years of experience in IT performance management, IT governance, risk management, or operational resilience
- Strong understanding of ITIL, COBIT, risk frameworks, and resilience concepts (RTO/RPO, BCP, DR)
- Proven experience in data analysis, performance reporting, and executive level presentations
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with cross functional IT teams and senior leadership

Job Overview
- We are seeking a highly experienced and analytical Manager – Performance Management (Resiliency & Performance Governance) to lead the performance management function with a strong focus on operational resilience.
- This role is responsible for ensuring that IT systems, services, and processes are resilient, measurable, and continuously improved through structured performance and risk data.
- The ideal candidate will play a key role in strengthening the organization’s resilience framework by enabling proactive monitoring, reporting, and mitigation of technology risks and service disruptions.

Compensation
- Pay: AED18,000.00 AED22,000.00 per month
