Job Overview
Supports retail banking integration propositions through business assessment, integration planning, governance, stakeholder alignment, and strategic initiative execution.
The role is described as a one-year contract position.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop integration plans, identify milestones, and manage workstreams.
- Conduct workshops, collect business information, and perform gap analysis.
- Map product approval processes and analyze product backlogs and enhancement items.
- Review pricing, benchmark competition, and identify product rationalization opportunities.
- Manage regulatory requirements and identify operational, technical, and regulatory controls.
- Prepare business cases focused on revenue, cost, and operational synergies.
- Coordinate business, technology, operations, risk, and external stakeholders.
- Prepare dashboards, RAID logs, executive updates, decision matrices, and MIS reports.
- Track actions, escalate risks and blockers, and develop mitigation plans.
- Assess product, reputation, suitability, integration, cybersecurity, audit, and data privacy risks.
Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, computer science, information systems, or a related discipline.
