The salary range for this position is 96,000 to $134,400. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training, geographic location, additional qualifications such as licensure or certifications, market factors, and responsibilities.

Essential Responsibilities:
Team Leadership and Development
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Regional Account Managers to achieve individual and team KPIs.
Foster a positive, collaborative, and customer-focused team culture.
Provide coaching and training to enhance skills in account management, upselling, and cross-selling.
Performance Management
Set clear performance expectations and regularly monitor progress against goals.
Conduct one-on-one meetings, performance reviews, and development plans.
Address performance challenges to ensure consistent target achievement.
Strategic Account Growth
Develop and implement strategies to grow revenue from existing and newly acquired accounts.
Ensure smooth transitions for new accounts, fostering relationship-building and long-term satisfaction.
Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and additional value creation.
Customer Success and Retention
Ensure the team delivers high levels of service and proactively addresses customer needs and challenges.
Act as an escalation point for complex customer issues, supporting resolution and satisfaction.
Reporting and Insights
Analyze performance metrics and provide regular updates to the Executive Sales Leadership team.
Leverage data-driven insights to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with marketing, operations, and supply chain to support account management and growth initiatives.
Advocate for team needs and resources to support success.
