Under the guidance of the Director, HSEQ Project Management, provide HSEQ support during all phases of projects, with a specific focus on risk mitigation of key project risks. In addition, the role includes providing HSEQ input throughout the bid and tender process and working closely with clients to understand and meet their expectations.
Responsible for effective oversight and implementation of the TGS HSEQ program related to support of the Marine Data Acquisitions group with the goal of providing a safe and effective working environment.
This role involves managerial responsibilities, including overseeing team members, setting goals, and ensuring project alignment with organizational objectives.

Minimum 5 years of experience in HSEQ management.
Degree in Occupational Safety, NEBOSH Diploma, CSP certification, or equivalent
Able to work well within a team, have good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders and partners.
Demonstrated ability to work within structured Management Systems
Proven ability to produce and deliver Management System and project related HSEQ documentation.
Good organizational skills, with high ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Professional training and certification, through an accredited organization, in Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality (HSEQ) standards, ensuring expertise in compliance, risk management, and regulatory adherence.
Deliver on annual HSEQ department and personal KPI’s.
Communicate and collaborate with all project related stakeholders.
Participate in EnerGeo / IOGP workgroups / forums as requested.
