Role Overview

Business and HR Strategy

• Partner with leadership teams to translate business goals into HR strategies and people initiatives.
• Use people analytics and employee insights to support decisions and improve organizational effectiveness.

Onboarding and Employee Pulse

• Own and continuously improve end-to-end new joiner assimilation programs.
• Partner with managers on onboarding, role clarity, early engagement, and new-hire productivity.
• Assess organizational pulse through surveys, feedback forums, and employee conversations.
• Identify emerging concerns and maintain consistent communication between management and employees.

Employee Relations and Coaching

• Manage employee concerns, grievances, and workplace issues with fairness, confidentiality, and compliance.
• Facilitate conflict resolution and promote trust, transparency, and respect.
• Coach managers on performance management, engagement, difficult conversations, and leadership effectiveness.
