Role Overview
EisnerAmper is seeking an AI Developer - Agent Specialist for its EisnerAI Platform.
The role focuses on building intelligent agents and automated workflows for tax, audit, advisory, and outsourcing service lines.
The role supports AI-powered professional services initiatives including TaxPrepBot, ComplianceRiskBot, and DocIntake.
Responsibilities
- Design and build intelligent AI agents in Azure AI Foundry for tax preparation, compliance monitoring, document processing, and M&A analysis.
- Build end-to-end automated workflows integrating AI agents with existing enterprise systems.
- Execute fine-tuning, instruction tuning, and reinforcement learning from human feedback.
- Design AI agent evaluation frameworks covering accuracy, reliability, and compliance metrics.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, data science, or a related technical field.
- At least 6 years of software development experience.
- At least 2 years focused on AI agent development.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Azure AI Foundry or a similar agent development platform.
