Manager - Healthcare System Design

Overview

• Qiddiya Investment Company seeks a Manager - Healthcare System Design to lead and oversee the strategic design and implementation of innovative healthcare systems within the Qiddiya project.
• This role involves managing multidisciplinary teams to ensure the delivery of healthcare facility designs that meet high quality, regulatory, and operational standards.
• Key Responsibilities* Lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced healthcare systems and infrastructure aligned with Qiddiya's vision and objectives.
• Supervise and mentor a team of healthcare system design specialists, ensuring excellence in design outputs.
• Collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals, architects, engineers, and project managers to integrate operational requirements and cutting-edge healthcare technologies into designs.
• Drive compliance with applicable healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and best practices.
• Develop and maintain design standards, guidelines, and documentation that reflect the latest healthcare trends.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather insights, review designs, address feedback, and ensure stakeholder alignment throughout project phases.
• Manage the health system design aspects throughout the project lifecycle, from concept and planning through to construction and operational readiness.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards to ensure successful delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Healthcare Design, Biomedical Engineering, or a related discipline; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare system design or related roles, with leadership experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare facility design principles, regulations, and accreditation requirements.
• Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and complex projects.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with healthcare technologies and integration into facility design is a plus.
