The Opportunity
BrandActive is seeking a process-minded Growth Operations leader to coordinate strategic priorities across an integrated sales and marketing team.
The role creates structure, visibility, processes, systems, and operating clarity so growth teams can execute effectively.
Growth Planning and Performance
- Translate strategic growth priorities into coordinated actions across campaigns, partnerships, sales initiatives, and internal workflows.
- Maintain the integrated GTM dashboard and identify opportunities to improve it with AI and automation.
- Own recurring metrics and reporting, ensuring data is consolidated, accurate, and aligned with growth priorities.
- Evaluate new tools, manage implementation when adopted, and support effective team usage.
