Role Overview

Delivery and GRC Responsibilities

• Act as the technical point of contact for assigned engagements and lead high-quality deliverables.
• Translate functional GRC requirements into automated solutions across risk, compliance, policy, audit, vendor risk, and business continuity workflows.
• Lead requirements gathering, solution design, workflow build, data migration, integrations, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Configure risk registers, control libraries, assessment workflows, dashboards, and reporting.
• Manage project risks, issues, milestones, quality standards, and customer satisfaction.

Leadership and Business Development

• Support proposal development and pre-sales activities in the GRC technology enablement domain.
• Contribute to thought leadership through blogs, case studies, and whitepapers.
• Mentor junior staff and support performance objectives, evaluations, training, development, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management.

Technical Requirements

• Strong techno-functional understanding of GRC processes, control frameworks, risk assessment, and compliance monitoring is required.
• Hands-on expertise implementing, configuring, and managing enterprise GRC platforms is required.
• Working knowledge of the ADHICS Standard and UAE healthcare regulatory and information security requirements is mandatory.
• Certifications in platforms such as Archer, ServiceNow IRM/GRC, MetricStream, OneTrust, or BigID are strongly preferred.
• ISO, cybersecurity, privacy, audit, risk, and project management certifications are preferred or advantageous.

Experience and Education

• At least 10 years of information security and GRC experience is required, including enterprise GRC platform delivery and transformation initiatives.
• Client-facing cyber consulting experience across risk, compliance, privacy, audit, and business continuity is required.
• Substantial UAE healthcare or healthcare regulatory experience, including hands-on ADHICS work, is required.
• Prior project or team leadership experience is required.
• A relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification is required; a diploma with additional experience may be considered.
• An MBA or relevant master's degree is preferable.
