Manager GES H2R Projects (81930)

Bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

10+ years of experience in Project Management, preferably within HR, HR Operations, or HR Shared Services environments.

Strong expertise in managing large-scale HR transformation, operational excellence, or organizational change projects.

Proven experience working with global and virtual teams across multiple regions and cultures.

Excellent stakeholder management, communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills.

Strong proficiency in project management methodologies, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and technology-enabled HR solutions.
