About the Role

- Manage the Fraud Management policy framework to ensure enterprise wide detection, prevention, and mitigation of fraud
- Manage FM control framework including monitoring rules and roles
- Keep up to date on commercial propositions and technical capabilities to identify fraud risks
- Collaborate with other departments to communicate and discuss fraud risk and define recommendations
- Present dashboards and reports to management
- Maintain understanding of industry standards and best practices
- Sponsor FM systems and tools projects, including AI/ML
- Support ad hoc requests and projects from other departments
- Drive efficiency and maturity enhancement of FM controls, people, and processes
- Communicate and manage relationships with external parties like Telecom Regulator and law enforcement
- Identify optimization areas for revenue opportunity or cost enhancements

Job Description
- Manage the Fraud Management (FM) policy/control framework to assure continuous detection, prevention and mitigation of fraudulent activities.
- Work together with other departments to mitigate fraud risk across Etisalat.
Responsibilities
- Responsible to ensure an enterprise wide Fraud Management policy framework and operational capabilities.
- Manage FM control framework, including monitoring rules and roles.
- Keep up to date on commercial propositions and enhancements in technical capabilities.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to communicate and discuss fraud risk.
- Present dashboards and other reports to communicate expectations and progress to management.
- Maintain current understanding of industry standards, trends, and best practices.
- Sponsoring of FM systems and tools’ projects, including AI/ML.
- Support ad hoc requests, reports, and projects from other departments.
- Drive efficiency and maturity enhancement of FM controls, people and processes.
- Communicate well and manage relationships with external parties.
- Identify optimization areas across Etisalat for revenue opportunity or cost enhancements.
Qualifications
- Education Required: Bachelor’s Degree.
- Education Desired: Bachelor’s Degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science.
- Experience Required: 5 6 years in Telecom.
- Experience Desired: 10+ years in experience/managing Fraud Management.
