Primary Function

Specific Responsibilities

• Process and manage financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, collections, general accounting, T&E, master data management, etc.
• Monitor and resolve discrepancies in financial data.
• Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders with financial inquiries and issues, providing prompt and courteous assistance.
• Collaborate with IT, finance teams, and the BPO partner to identify opportunities for process optimization.
• Manage the BPO provider based in India, oversee day-to-day operations, and lead discussions to resolve issues.
• Identify RPA or AI automation opportunities for finance processes and work with IT to implement them.
• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and customer interactions.
• Prepare regular reports on transactional finance activities and performance metrics.
