Role Summary
Lead end-to-end delivery of software programs using Agile practices.
Use Power BI for data-driven execution and Smartsheet for structured planning, tracking, and resource management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage 3–5 concurrent software programs from initiation to release.
- Drive sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
- Build and maintain Power BI dashboards for program governance.
- Use Smartsheet for planning, tracking, and resource management.
- Align Engineering, Product, QA, and Business teams.
- Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks.
- Provide weekly and monthly executive reporting.
Performance Measures
- Target 90% on-time milestone delivery and 10% schedule variance across programs.
