Job Summary
Own Finance delivery for the VAN CKD launch and scale-up in India and coordination with headquarters.
Drive Finance readiness across systems, billing, reporting, reconciliations, accounting, audit, investments, and regulatory commitments.
Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Procurement, IT, Accounting, Treasury, Controlling, Taxation, and headquarters teams.
VAN CKD Launch and Project Management
- Own the VAN CKD launch and scale-up, including cross-functional planning, timelines, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder coordination.
- Drive end-to-end Finance readiness and provide hyper-care support during go-live and stabilization.
- Coordinate local and headquarters Finance initiatives affecting the launch and future scale-up.
Finance Processes, Systems and Integration
- Anchor the R2R, O2C, and P2P interlock and establish end-to-end processes for VAN billing, reporting, reconciliations, and accounting.
- Drive STS infrastructure readiness for the VAN-to-RoTF rollout and changes across local SAP, SWT, and connected central systems.
- Lead end-to-end UAT, issue resolution, and go-live readiness for accurate billing and reporting.
