- Lead financial planning and performance management, including budgeting, forecasting and P&L oversight
- Provide clear, data driven insights to support decision making and enhance business performance
- Deliver financial modelling and scenario analysis to inform procurement and strategic initiatives
- Drive value creation through cost optimisation, working capital improvement and operational efficiency across the value chain
- Ensure robust financial governance, risk management and compliance in line with Group standards
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive finance experience within a large, global organisation, ideally in supply chain, logistics or asset intensive environments
- Degree in Finance, Accounting or a related discipline
- Professional accounting qualification (e.g. CA, CPA, CIMA) preferred
- Proficiency in SAP/S4HANA and Power BI
- Demonstrated experience in strategic business partnering, financial control, governance, audit and process improvement
- Experience supporting value chain performance, including cost optimisation and operational efficiency initiatives
- Strong analytical, commercial and strategic thinking capability
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

About the Role
- As Manager – Finance Business Partner, you will lead the financial strategy for the Global Nitrogen function, focusing on continuous improvement, cost optimisation, and proactive risk management.
What you will be doing

Qualifications
