Responsibilities
- Establish and manage day to day facility management operations
- Develop and implement business strategies and operational policies
- Lead business development initiatives and secure new contracts
- Manage budgets, profitability, and financial performance
- Recruit, train, and supervise operational and administrative teams
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, health, safety, and quality standards
- Monitor service delivery and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Prepare operational and financial reports for ownership
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in facility management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of UAE facility management regulations and industry practices
- Proven experience in business development and team management
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Strong financial planning and budget management abilities
- Valid UAE driving license is preferred

Job Summary
