Responsibilities
- Provide IT support for 50+ employees, including Windows laptops, MacBooks, mobile phones, and iPads.
- Install, configure, and maintain MacBooks including macOS setup, user accounts, system updates, security settings, and software installations.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows and macOS operating systems and mobile devices.
- Perform MacBook system configuration, data migration, backups, and recovery.
- Manage and monitor CCTV systems, including backup and storage.
- Perform and maintain laptop data backups and recovery procedures.
- Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot Fortinet Firewall and network security policies.
- Manage biometric attendance systems, including device configuration and user management.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot printers and scanners.
- Diagnose and resolve network issues (LAN, Wi Fi, internet connectivity).
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT hardware and software support.
- Ensure IT assets (including MacBooks) are tracked, maintained, and compliant with company policies.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in IT support or system administration
- Strong knowledge of IT support and troubleshooting
- Hands on experience with macOS and MacBook configuration, installation, and support
- Basic to intermediate experience with Fortinet Firewall
- Hands on experience with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS)
- Experience with CCTV systems, biometric devices, and printers

Compensation
- Pay: AED 4,000.00 AED 6,000.00 per month.
